Shortly after inception, Thomas Real Estate was created with only 6 agents. In 1998 WIN Realty & Properties was born.  We emerged as a major real estate company in Southern California.  At one time approximately 120 agents were employed by the firm.  Currently about 30 full time agents are active in a variety of fields in the real estate industry.

US first real estate development in Korea started 20 years ago by Win Realty in 2002 with the Lotte project in Jamsir, then from 2005 to 2007. Art nouveau city condotel project developments were completed, the first round in Yeoksam, the second in Seocho-gu, and lastly in Gangnam. Korean-American town projects in Incheon Songdo, first and second rounds were successfully completed between 2016 and 2019. Also Jeju Dream tower and Gyeongpodae Saint John’s hotel, the project was developed within the same time period.
